Our Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) IT Support service is available on an hourly or daily basis during office hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm.
Support outside of these hours is available at an increased rate. For more information, please contact us.
SLA charges only applicable to work not included in your chosen support plan. Please check your policy for details or if you are unsure which charges apply to you, please contact us.
Remote support is billed in 15 minute increments.
A £50 call out charge applies to all on-site work outside of the Ghost catchment area.
