Our PAYG services are aimed at companies who require ad-hoc support or those who require additional resources and skills for project deployments. If you encounter problems, we will strive to have you operational again in the shortest time frame possible and will always advise you of the best long term solution so that you don’t suffer repeat problems.

PAYG support is available on an hourly or daily basis and apply to work conducted during office hours Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1800. Support outside of these hours is available at an increased rate. For more information, please contact us.
SLA charges only applicable to work not included in your chosen support plan. Please check your policy for details or if you are unsure which charges apply to you, please contact us.
Remote support is billed in 15 minute increments.
A £50 call out charge applies to all on-site work outside of the Ghost catchment area.
